These two kind of sets of three negations which is kind of what's interesting about them right it's like unsatisfactory impermanent and empty of self or whatever yeah non selfYeah so then he tries to argue that actually asthathmeta which is instabilitywhich you might think is anicha or impermanence is actually the original meaning of dukkham. If that's true then it kind of maps on it might map on to the free energy principle right, i'm really interested in this.
