Is There a Difference Between Technology and Investment Management?

I always feel like, you know, technology kind of a means to an end. So lake you can have the best, fast of technology, but if you don't have the right theme, you dont the right strategys to cuit into that technology. The whole idea of enablement, for me, is really what presentated with this idea that there has to be more people that can do strategies or idea generation than the ones they got through the govrment sack.
