How to Train Your Body for Overhead Pressing

I was running into these kind of issues over and over again, how do I get people into these positions? And there weren't a lot of clear answers out there. So cars, pills and rills, FRC in general, that supplied me with all the no-out to help people get there. The program itself is right now. It's about 60% of our mobility and then 40% body weight and kettlebell. We're going to be doing things for internal external rotation in your shoulder and making sure we are primed for overhead pressing.
