The Race Before the Race Is the Same Concept as Any Training Activity
The race is always the hardest physical thing that you're going to do. It's most of the times longer from a total physicality standpoint, it's head and shoulders above any sort of training activity. I think when we then come to the implementation phase, I would suggest starting progressively. So not just jumping in the deep end, but starting maybe with some small disruptions, some small kind of pressure situations. See how the athletes are handling it, see how you yourself are handling it. And based on that, you can start evaluating. Am I doing well? Maybe I can increase the pressure a little bit more. Okay, no, this is not working. Maybe we should tone it down
