There is evidence that we know of publicly that he was involved in planning or coordinating the assault on the Capitol. There's evidence that he incited the rioters who attacked the Capitol. With some dishonest lawyers in the United States to try to overturn the results of the election in the U.S Senate by having false certifications of votes. So I do think there is some significant potential criminal liability for him there. And where's that case going on currently? That is a federal justice department investigation.
