The Importance of Community Lenses in the North
Sovereignity is, do we have control? Is it ours? Is it undisputed? It is. And yet it's still a very vulnerable area for hypersonic muscles and things like that coming from Russian China. That's why we need NORAD modernization. When a Chinese weather balloon comes over, we need to know that it's coming months in advance and be able to take it down. The secret sauce, economically, from my perspective, obviously is resource development. But there's more that could be done. Obviously, now we're looking to have friendly sources of critical minerals.
