Former LA Mayor Eric Garcetti was first nominated to be ambassador to India almost two years ago. Lawmakers are concerned that Garcetti ignored inappropriate or possibly abusive behavior by one of his top advisors while in office. The allegations against Rick Jacobs range from making racist comments to sexual harassment. Since the lawsuit, former staffers have come forward with their own stories about Jacobs' behavior.
