What Can We Learn From Sameness?

i was curious throughout some of your poems, what can we learn from sameness? Meaning, is there a generic quality, no share, of just being alive, where maybe we're not interchangeable? For me, it grows out of the very act of trying to make those poems. How do we become ourselves? How do we continually recognize ourselves? What is both scary and attractive about losing a sense of self by going out into the world in some kind of ting way,. And then recuperating that sense of self, rebuilding it again in some way.
