The Importance of Being Submissive

This is not classically what you're going to hear in a lot of abuse type teaching, even in the Christian church today. Peter chapter three and verse one: Be submissive to your own husband so that if any of them are disobedient to the word, they may be won over by the behavior of their wives. You don't win him over by lecturing him into righteousness. It's not the way you win him over. We have context with how husbands and wives are supposed to treat each other. The evidence is crystal clear that those who are abusing their power are going to meet a bad end,. Maybe not in this life.
