How to Pick Up Red, Yellow, Blue, White, Blue and Everything On
Choose your three favorite colors, those and look around the area where you're sitting or standing or lying down. Look for all the colors at the same time. The brain can't do that while it's fixated in its fightor flight sort of response. It has to drop into alpa as, synchrinous alpa wave in order to pick up that much detail and do it all at once.
