Transgender Sport

I don't think that there is a genuine gender identity issue and then the person wants to compete but then it introduces a collision of rights. I think world athletics knows that there's no fair competition with males in women's sport even with testosterone reduction. But they're under such pressure and they came of course through the Castes-Amenia trial which not trans-DSD but still they were in court for this concept protection of women's sport. So I think they're fearful of litigation and the cost and they're going to try and fudge it. And one that has but can't quite make the final commitment to a policy is UK athletics.
