From January 8, China is open to foreigners and there's no need for quarantine anymore. All you have to do is show a negative PC artist for eight hours before departure. But if it was me, I'm kind of waiting for Chinese New Year to pass because even though it opens up to foreigners in January 8, like January 25th is Chinese New Year anyway.
