Hazy Idea 100% Early

I get all the time in hazy beers is hot burn or what I describe as hot burn, like whether it's polyphenols or whatever else are coming in there. And I've noticed in my brewing that I get that with cryo and I just don't love the cryo character. Do you use cryo in this? There's cryo in the dry hopping this yeah. Is it a proportion or do you double dry hop is there maybe talk through the driving strategy here? With this one we've done a lot more empirical trials on over the years,.
