The Differences Between Fine and Flutter

The fine project is based more on engineering principles and the idea of being very productive in development whilst creating a really good user experience. We are more about unit testing and reproducible builds, optimized programming rather than some of the more web oriented tooling that is available in other platforms. I'm wondering how much the applications you've seen people develop are complicated in their state versus how many of them look really, really good and slick. After like three hours, the focus was totally on functionality.
