Therapis Need to Get Paid a Lot
There is certainly a huge body of knowledge about how to do development, how to fund raise. What you have to make sure you understand is what the donors motivations are. It's so much more expensive to have registered therapists on the line rather than volunteers. For a fixed donation, you help a lot fewer people. You can tell i'm making this up, but what you're doing wrong is not understanding in advance where they're coming from. The other thing is that a lot of therapis don't actually know what will actually help with sexual salt survivors.
