Oftentimes i try to identify what things need to get done in a given week. And brockly rate, it's not either crackers or nothing. There's shades of gray in between. I do this with my husband all the time. So he does something and my initial reaction is, i'm irritated or i'm annoyed. One response is go put on a smile, say nothing. Another reaction is send an aggressive text message. And i'll ask myself, whhat are the options in between? What are theoptions in between?
