The Importance of Loving Oneself

In Romans 12, 1 and 2, the call to offer our lives as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God, we have to have a life to offer. And that is where psychology is again, so helpful. That we know from a psychological perspective, we need to love and accept ourselves in order to more fully love others. There's reciprocity because from day one or pre day one before you're born, being loved and cared for by caregiver, by the womb, by their mother,. it enables you to eventually love others.
