Sally Kohn: I think we can all learn and apply that in some way, because even though the content might have been almost identical to your public webinar, just the fact that people often underestimate what it feels like for the person on the other side of the screen. She says if you do a bootcamp and you're going to sell something in the bootcamp with a webinar at the very beginning when they sign up for the bootcamp, give them two different titles. It's really essentially two different titles - one is more intimate than the other. They're more engaged. So that when you sell in a bootcamp at the end, that webinar is really important.
