The Double Imperative of UIS in the SDGs
UIS is in charge of figuring out how to get data to respond to this indicator. They are facing a double imperative, you know, the UIS is facing these days between a democratic approach, but also technically bigger rules of fraud and so on. It almost seems like a mission impossible. The SDGs were created in 2015; they're supposed to go to 2030. Today is 2023 and UIS seems to still be trying to figure out how to even get data to connect to this indicators.
