i want to get meganand barb's opinion on this too. For kind of due diligence in general, cause we ere talking a lot about due diligence. You need to understand how all that applies youd don't know the people who are involved. And there's more too, but just his kind of a brief over you i think those are some of the kind of things that people should be thinking about when they're looking at investments.
