Is the Tool Valid?

The New York City ordinance requires employers to report their bias in hiring decisions. The city has proposed a second set of rules about what the data are that you're using to assess adverse impact. There's not enough combinations of people to be able to get a read on if there's an adverse impact at all, Mark says.
