The Hunter's Point Uprising in San Francisco

The city of Lafayette was founded specifically to restrict home building back in 1967. It was right around the Hunter's Point uprising in San Francisco, where you had a race-based housing concerns. The Fair Housing Act was passed in 1968. A lot of white people were from the afraid to live in cities if there was going to be urban uprisings and urban violence.
