Is It Possible to Have a Third State Cognitive Architecture?

Philip Transby: Is it even possible to have this third state cognitive architecture? He says we define liquid as something that reshapes itself within a given container. And aggregation is part of the story for complex urbanized systems, he says. Transby: It would be a possibility to use synthetic biology in modifying species and ecosystems but that's not an arbitrary decision. We hope that some kind of idea that we can actually test in the lab will become reality.
