Kosovo - Serbs in the Northern Area of Kosovo
Serbs in northern Kosovo, they don't recognize the government. They still use Belgrade-issued documents to cross the border into Serbia. And also Kosovo is not recognized by a lot of other countries. So tensions have been high. Some people believe that NATO is kind of stoking this to distract Russia. Although Serbia also wants to become part of the EU.
