Are You a Border Stalker?
A border stalker is a term I came across in a book by Mako Fuji-Mura, who's a painter and an author, also a person of Christian faith. Sometimes the faith component and the art component don't necessarily go together but he used that term in a book called Culture Care. And I've really, really enjoyed thinking about trying to embody that term, Culture Care. So we're both from evangelical communities. What part of the country were you in? I grew up in Nevada, rural Nevada. The four square denomination was the denomination my dad's church was in,. But very fundamentalist, often literal interpretations of scripture.
