Ilad: Many times we want to be the trust and inspire leaders, but things aren't getting done. I love thiseven, when you tell that story ou talk about your dad, you say he responded toyou and said, well, i'm your helper. The job of a leader is to help people get the results. Ilad: There's a difference between ownership and stewardship. You know my purpose was not to raise kids, not grass. But what do you guess? By raising the kids, you also got the grass. O, you got both. It's a much better way of getting more out of yourself. And it helps you get better the next time
