Agile Ascrum, Sprints and Sprints - It's Not a Merathon.

In his experience, when i was having a ideas, only starting to be brought to life by a team, starting with sprints and stand ups had less success than for the first month or two. And so in the mind set, im of an n v p to an idea to an n v p. This is a race. It's a sprint. It's not a merathon. Here isn't really a middle ground there. Because of that, there isn't a lot of racy. There's no worked life balance, but that's not really the emphasis. The theam is not working a hundred hours a week. Many times they delivered even more than what they committed on...
