"I was in Sonland Park, it's a border town. And when we were there and in Sonlands Park, I felt like a really compelling because at that moment I was pregnant door knocking," she said. "And then I say, I want that also for my kid and for myself." The bill will go on the ballot in 2022 if approved by New Mexicans.
