Are You Frustrated With Resistance Training?

If you're frustrated because of the lack of gains you're getting to resistance training, you very well could respond very well to some other form of exercise. It is sometimes helpful to go back to the drawing board and have a broader scope of what exercise looks like and what it can do for you. Exercise is just good. Aerobic exercise is good. Resistance exercise is good,. Like, it's just good to find things that get you moving. And so if you don't have like competitive aspirations in any particular strength physique sport or aerobic sport, like anything, will be fine.
