The Importance of Having a Responsible Private Equity Firm

The right thing to do, sometimes for a portfolio company, is to sell your primary and just some period into that. So we had the comfort of having folks that maybe weren't the minority but you had been with us to see some of those big projects on the other side of a second transaction. In those cases, the private equity firm may sell to a larger private equity firm and keep a piece. They love that business, but they know the bigger private equity firm can write the larger check that you may need for some of the acquisitions. What the vision is you have for that business will also determine the kind of partner you can get.
