Is There a Global Democratic Trend?

Navarro: It's just plain as day that we are on a path towards authoritarianism and fascism across the Western world. The far right parties are exploiting issues like immigration, diversity, changing demographics to do that. Where is the global democratic trend in response? I'm putting aside our left-wing right-wing differences and having a common struggle for small-d democracy. Navarro: If future left wing or let's just say progressive politicians and orators read this book, they might be part of the solution.
