Investing in Value Based Index Funds

When i was working for the government and starting that first rot is like most of the funds that were these valued base funds, were pretty crappy. And so one thing that's exciting for me is that since the rise in popularity of index funds, i think that wold has really taken notice. People do want to put their money where their mouthes. I'm really excited about it.
