Diligence has three functionss right? Undiscovered ose liabilities that aren't represented on the valacy. The other is validating energies and the timing attached to those. And the third is integration. Integration plan determines not only cost necessary, but also when this energy will be achieved. So i got to do all three of those. That is the purpose of diligence, right? But you see, you have the same team members working on both. You need to start earlier.
