The Importance of Foot Strength

A significant portion of your body parts are from the ankle down like a quarter rate. Our hands are certainly very important to us but so are our feet and just because they're in shoes doesn't mean that they're not affecting your balance, your ability to take a step. The ability for your knees and hips to articulate well is all passing through that foot. Your feet need exercise. You can do it on your clean, vacuumed carpet or you can walk around your house sometimes without shoes.
