The Difference Between Mindfulness and Transcendental Awareness

The difference between mindfulness and flow is like apples and oranges. Flow is a creatively self expressed state always. That's what it is in mindfulness. The goal of mindfulness is to watch how the brain works. In bed buddhism you're mindful because you want to see things like your biases get attached to thought, right? Most people don't realize that you can have a thought separate from when your bias gets attached to it. But noro biologically, this is why i say i think the question has been answered.
