How to Make Merchandise Viable

The first time we launched merch, we did pre-orders. And we said, here's the merch collection. We'll ship it out in three to four weeks. That is an awesome way to have very little risk. You're not spending any money on inventory. You're basically seeing who buys and then making enough product to fill those orders. So that turned into like, you know, for some people five or six weeks before they received their merch.
