Is This Perfect?
I love that you mentioned butter. I will save that story for the book, but just to tease it, some states were forcing margarine producers to die their margarine pink. And so people had to eat this pink margarine because the butter industry could not figure out another way to protect itself is so completely stupid. But the world is full of really stupid defenses of old things. The question you do not want to ask yourself is, is this perfect? Because the answer is no, it's not. Nothing's perfect. It means that problems are okay. That question leaves open the possibility of problems.
