Most of what we're measuring is a glorified scoreboard. It's activity right down to closed one. And that works in an Excel spreadsheet. But when you're short term optimizing for just trying to get those dials to work in the spreadsheet, you lose the fact that any given day, anyone in the seat should be carving some time for introspection.
