When i came back to caratlaine right actually i had no role because of that's another story for another time how i came back whether we just had a chat and then we spoke and we said tk so there was no role. One of the things which we noticed was that we you know our analytics was not so strong at that time. We got some uh three four analysts and all and we just started looking at every data and starting to challenge it right and maha say I think i would say even as compared to the first and the second stages i think one thing which has changed is my ability to work with people who have their own learnings from what they've done
