Training Load

The training load is something that inherently you have to calculate, even if you don't recognize it. So up front in the programme, you can think of training loaders being represented by what's in the training programme an athlete is offered. And then retrospectively, once you've done it as an athlete or as a coach or a scientist, you're looking at the history of what they've done and using that to try and make some inferences about the condition the athlete finds themselves in. Ora cha vi, and interventions around the training to support them in what they're doing.
