The industry is advocating this risk-based approach. But if you all have different risk models, then that means you create gaps for criminals to drive through or find. So what you're saying is we could make it better if we standardised the risk models. And then you're also saying that at least within country, there needs to be that data sharing. At least then you could try and break up syndicates that are correct.
