The first pillar of change is wisdom. Acquiring wisdom has a lot to do with clearing up the past and giving yourself an opportunity to clear away old baggage. We are the greatest source of wisdom to ourselves, so develop your internal wisdom throughout your life. The second pillar ofchange is action. How do you act in the world in a way that actively promotes your liberation? And then finally, we talk about integral livelihood. So this is, how are you making your living in the world?
Most people believe change is difficult or even impossible! The reason being is because they're often missing 1 or more of The 3 Pillars of Change.
In order to change our lives for the better, we need three things: wisdom, action, and focus. In this episode I talk about how each of these three pillars can help us achieve our goals and create the life we want to live.
