Is India Ungovernable From the Centre?

India is deeply divided in different ways, but there are unope divisions that have kind of always, a, a sort of existed. Monmohensing says you can't take ten % of the population into the 20 first century, leaving the remaining 90 in the nineteenth century. And because we normalize it, i sometimes feel that we may be blind the fissures that sort of develop in our society due to these differences. This would even be an argument for a much greater degree of local governance. I mean, saying that a country as large and varied as this is fundamentally ungovernable from the centre, from in a top down kind of way? That might be a fundamental mistake
