Architecture and Information Architecture

i thought i was going to become an architect when i was back in college, but that's before there was something called an information architect. And so i did think a lot about am the design of physical space? Not a lot. I would love for us to come up with better metaphors than purely physical ones. Anothers a the family treat, right? Sort of the parent child relationship, or sibling relationship, or cousin relationship,. But it's not the ba, end all way of talking about structures.
