What Is the Philosophy of Democracy?

Pauper's philosophy of democracy is to be judged not for their prophetic ability to choose good leaders and policies, but for their ability to remove bad ones that are already there. That entirestance is falliblism in action. The ideal towards which this is working is not that nothing unexpected will go wrong, but that when it does, it will be an opportunity for further progress. And so what pendulett talks about is, what would he use a gun for? And he says he he'd use a gun to stop a murder, and he'd use one to stop rape.
