How to Monitor Unstructured Data Meaningfully

The paper is about tabular data. Do you think this also applies to unstructured data? There's more information that you have about images. Like there's metadata that you can extract from images and monitoring the metadata is often high or signal than treating the image as a vector. So in one of the projects I'm working on, I'm trying to apply that tounstructured data.
