And one of the sellers who had carried finance on multiple of these properties had a big payday. So even after she got paid off, even after our seller finance deals were done, the relationship didn't end but she became a private money lender for him. We had six years of profit. The power of relationships right there. It wasn't over just because the transaction was over.
