Our relationships with microbes aren't just through us and this one specific cell right or this one specific lactobacillus it's like so that's actually really importantlike in the gut they even actually have a ton of studies now that show exactly why more diversity in your gut protects the integrity of your gut Right? So for example IBD one of the biggest risk factors for IBD is when you have like decrease in the diversity of your gut microbiome which makes perfect sense because how these like microbes metabolize nutrients and what they create into the environment.
