CNN's John Sutter wrote a ten-year plan for himself in 2005. He says he didn't think any of it was possible, but here we are all these years later with the same job description. The 10-year plan is an exercise to imagine your life five years into the future if you were doing exactly what you wanted to be doing. It really worked for him and many others have followed his lead.
