The Importance of Reflection on Our Theology and Culture

We're reflecting deeply on our theology and our culture to understand how both of them can shape our ministry. This leads to better choices of existing ministry forms or to the development of promising new ones. What I've often heard in my setting is people say certain of these principles simply don't apply in that cultural context. John? Yeah, we want to identify the biblical principle, the element of worship or whatever it might be,. maybe expositional preaching, maybe church discipline. Then we want to apply it with wisdom in the context where we are.
